Innovation Grants

Each year, DollarWI$E offers USCM members the opportunity to apply for an award through its Innovation Grants program.

Member cities of The United States Conference of Mayors are eligible to apply for the DollarWise Innovation Grants. Each year the program awards grants of $20,000 each to two cities to expand and enhance their financial literacy efforts. The application period takes place in the fall, with grants announced at the USCM's winter meeting in Washington, D.C. Previous Innovation Grants recipients (see map above) have been a variety of communities across the country working on a range of creative and innovative financial education programs.

Summer Youth Campaign grants: USCM members are also eligible to apply for one of five $4,000 grants awarded through the DollarWI$E Summer Youth Campaign. These grants support the incorporation of financial education into summer youth employment programs. For more information on the SYC grants, click here.
